We learned that North Carolina laws require a food commissary if we wanted to use a mobile food unit to accomplish our mission.  Unfortunately, the closest dedicated food commissary with commercial kitchen space was over sixty miles away.  Then in a chain of events that one could only attribute to divine guidance,  we were able to secure a location and open a food commissary.  We are so excited to be able to offer our local food entrepreneurs the opportunity to have fully licensed, permitted and Health Department approved commercial kitchens to grow their businesses in.  Our private culinary classroom will allow us to reach out to our community and help teach both kids and adults the art of cooking along with a fun experience.  Our mission is to make YOU SUCCESSFUL!
