Our story began with a meal train.
Manny the Meal Train is the logo of our companion nonprofit, NC Meal Train Ministry. We wanted to bring cooked meals to those in our community who couldn’t reach traditional resources.
North Carolina law requires a food commissary to run a mobile food unit, and the closest one with commercial kitchen space was over sixty miles away. So we secured a location and opened one, for the ministry and for local food entrepreneurs.
Fully licensed and permitted kitchens, approved by the Health Department, plus a private culinary classroom. Our mission is to make YOU SUCCESSFUL.
