These terms cover use of this website, ncfoodcommissary.com, operated by NC Food Commissary LLC. They don't cover use of the physical facility at 813 Griffin Street — that's governed by the separate Member Agreement each member signs.

Using this site

This website is provided to share information about NC Food Commissary, let you send an inquiry, and let current members book kitchen time. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that every detail (pricing, availability, hours) is current at every moment. If anything here conflicts with your signed Member Agreement, the Member Agreement controls.

Kitchen booking

Booking kitchen time is a member benefit and requires verifying your membership email. Completing a booking on this site does not by itself create or modify any membership or facility-use agreement beyond what's in your signed Member Agreement.

Third-party links

This site links to other organizations' websites, including our catering partner (A'La Carte by Proper Portions), our companion nonprofit (NC Meal Train Ministry), and Google-hosted forms. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or how they handle your information.

Content and ownership

The text, photos, and design on this site belong to NC Food Commissary LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or republish them without asking first.

To the extent allowed by law, NC Food Commissary LLC isn't liable for damages arising from your use of this website. This section addresses use of the website itself; it doesn't limit or replace the liability and insurance terms in the signed Member Agreement governing use of the physical facility.
