This policy covers information collected through this website, ncfoodcommissary.com, operated by NC Food Commissary LLC (813 Griffin Street, Fayetteville, NC 28312). It does not cover the separate Member Agreement you sign to use the facility, or other companies' websites we link to.

What we collect

Contact and Catering forms: the name, email, phone number, and message details you choose to enter.
Kitchen booking: your email address (to verify you're a current member), a one-time verification code, and the name, phone number, and notes you provide when reserving a kitchen slot.
New Member Interest form: hosted directly by Google Forms. What you submit there is covered by Google's privacy policy, not this one.
Standard web server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes.

How we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, confirm a catering request, or manage your kitchen booking. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who it's shared with

Form and booking submissions are processed through Google services (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Apps Script) that we use to run the site's contact and booking features. We don't share your information with any other third party except as required by law.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts' servers, which may see your IP address as a normal part of serving that request.

Data retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and booking information only as long as needed to respond to you and manage the facility. To ask what information we have about you, or to request it be deleted, contact us or call (910) 807-7850.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top will reflect the most recent update.
